Description: Caroline is Vice President at True Beauty Ventures, where she helps shape the firm's investment strategy and partners with many of the most exciting emerging beauty, health and wellness brands. She plays a key role in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and working closely with portfolio companies on growth strategy, capital allocation, retail expansion, e-commerce, and operational excellence. Caroline is deeply embedded in the beauty ecosystem, collaborating with founders to navigate the challenges of scaling their businesses and positioning them for long-term success. Since joining True Beauty Ventures in 2020, Caroline has been instrumental in supporting portfolio brands through critical stages of growth, helping them optimize retail productivity, strengthen direct-to-consumer and Amazon strategies, and build the operational foundation needed to scale. She combines strategic investing expertise with hands-on operating experience and a deep understanding of the trends shaping the future of the industry. Prior to joining True Beauty Ventures, Caroline was a management consultant at Accenture, where she advised leading prestige beauty companies on strategy and operations, including product launches, supply chain planning, risk management, and sales and operations planning. She graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University with a degree in Journalism and earned her MBA from Columbia Business School.
