- Sebba Alqetrani a packaging engineering leader, educator, and innovator who brings 15 years of experience across beauty, personal care, technology, and pharma. As Director of Technical Packaging Engineering & Sustainability at Nutrafol, she leads packaging innovation and sustainability across supplements, hair care, direct-to-consumer experiences, kits, and brand merchandise while partnering across Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Experience. What distinguishes her is the combination of industry practitioner and educator. She currently teaches Packaging Engineering, Packaging Sustainability, and Sustainable Branding in the Graduate School of Engineering at Rutgers University, bringing real-world industry experience directly into the classroom. She also serves as Scholarship Chair for CIBS, supporting the next generation of talent entering the industry. With global leadership experience, technical depth, and a passion for developing future packaging professionals, she brings a perspective that is both deeply practical and forward looking to every conversation she leads.
