- Yasmin Bashirova is Co-Founder and CEO of Packed AI, the AI-powered operating system for CPG product development — one platform for formulations, packaging specifications, artwork, vendor management, and compliance, with beauty and personal care as a core focus. Yasmin earned her BS and MS in engineering at Stanford and previously covered paper and packaging in Goldman Sachs' industrials investment banking group. Prior to founding Packed, she was Chief of Staff at Shift, an automotive tech company, where she solved packaging and supply chain tech challenges and helped scale the company from growth stage through IPO.
