Description: Rose Siard is a beauty educator, creator, and co-founder of Rose and Ben Beauty, affectionately known by her community as the “Color Theory Witch” for her ability to make complex color concepts feel practical, visual, and approachable. Her path to beauty began while touring as a musician with her husband, Ben, when she taught herself to create makeup looks that would translate under stage lights. What began as sharing those experiments online in 2012 has grown into a global community of more than 4 million beauty enthusiasts who connect with her education-first approach to artistry. Over the past decade, Rose has worked closely with leading beauty brands across product testing and feedback, education, content, and marketing, bringing years of hands-on experience with formulas, tools, and application techniques to each partnership. In 2021, Rose and Ben founded Rose and Ben Beauty to create professional-quality, cruelty-free brushes designed around real application challenges. The brand’s tools have since earned multiple editorial awards and industry recognition. Named CEW’s 2023 Influencer of the Year and Allure’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Favorite Beauty Creator, Rose continues to help people understand the “why” behind color and technique, making makeup feel less frustrating, more approachable, and much more creative.
