- Krupa Koestline is the CEO of Capsum kkt and founder of KKT Innovation Labs. An award-winning cosmetic chemist and biotechnology expert, she has built her career at the intersection of science, product development and beauty innovation. Krupa began her career at Estée Lauder and Neutrogena before founding KKT Innovation Labs in 2020, which she grew into a recognized formulation and innovation partner for beauty brands. In 2026, KKT Innovation Labs was acquired by Capsum, and Krupa was appointed CEO of Capsum kkt. Capsum kkt brings together formulation, innovation and advanced manufacturing, creating a more connected path from early-stage R&D through commercialization and scale. As CEO, Krupa leads the company's U.S. business and its growing R&D and innovation capabilities. With a background in biotechnology and cosmetic chemistry, Krupa has been an early advocate for the role biotechnology can play in the future of beauty, from creating more sustainable and sophisticated ingredients to enabling new approaches to skin and hair biology. Her work focuses on translating that science into products that are technically rigorous, manufacturable and relevant to the consumer. Krupa is the recipient of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists' 2024 Florence Wall Women in Cosmetic Chemistry Award and has been named one of Beauty Independent's Top 30 Product Developers. She is also a frequent speaker, writer and industry contributor on cosmetic science, biotechnology and the future of beauty innovation.
