- Allyson Wells is a dynamic leader in the beauty industry, currently working within the Luxury Beauty Division at L'Oréal. Before her recent pivot to Human Resources, she built an impressive 10-year career in global marketing and brand leadership, specifically excelling within the Professional Hair sector. She drove significant success in global marketing, digital, and education roles for L'Oréal's professional haircare brands, including Redken, Matrix, and Biolage. Further to this, Allyson has been a licensed Cosmetologist and hairdresser for 15 years, with experience both behind-the-chair in salon and as an independent stylist. Beyond her corporate experience, she holds a Masters of Professional Studies from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Cosmetics Marketing & Management, and now also shares her industry insights as an Adjunct Professor of Haircare Product Development at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
