How can I register to visit MakeUp in NewYork?

Visitor registration is done online via the “Badge request" button. Access is free but strictly reserved for beauty industry professionals only.

Step 1 – 10 days before the show:
I start by scheduling appointments with my suppliers to make the most of my time on site.
Step 2 – 5 days before:
I organize my visit by selecting the conferences, workshops, and activities I want to attend. This helps me structure my day and ensure I don’t miss any key moments.
Step 3 – The day before:
I print my badge to avoid delays at the entrance and ensure a smooth arrival.
Step 4 – Day of the event:
I arrive at 9:00 AM, right at the opening, with my PRINTED BADGE. Upon arrival, I enjoy a personalized welcome, access to a cloakroom, free coffee.
Step 5 – Second day of the show:
Just like on Day 1, I come prepared with my badge and continue exploring, networking, and attending sessions that interest me.

At MakeUp in, we are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants, including those with disabilities.

The Javits Center strives to make their facilities and services accessible to people with disabilities. Their campus features sidewalk ramps and automatic doors at all street levels, as well as accessible restrooms and elevators. Motorized devices may be used by people with mobility impairments subject to reasonable safety restrictions. Yes, a cloakroom is available for free for visitors at the entrance of the show.

  • By bus: Lines M34, M42, M50, M12, and M11.
  • By bike: Use the Citi Bike sharing system. There are bike stations near the Javits Center.
  • By ferry: The NY Waterway is a convenient option for crossing the Hudson River to get to the Javits Center.

  • There are several main routes leading to the Javits Center, including the Henry Hudson Parkway/West Side Highway. There are also parking lots nearby.

  • A taxi ride from midtown Manhattan takes about 9 minutes.
