As Global CEO, President, and Board Director of Topix Skin Health from 2018-2025, she led the transformation of the company through blockbuster launches, modernization and scientific credentialing, while also expanding the company's global footprint from a US focus to 65+ countries and adding significant brands and retail channels. Previously, Brenda spent 14 years as a L’Oreal executive, leading teams across general management, marketing and sales, including General Manager of SkinCeuticals/L'Oréal, where she tripled revenue growth and elevated the brand from #3 to #1 market position. She also led the expansion and development of iconic brands such as Giorgio Armani Beauty, Lancome, and Kiehls. Wu's strategic expertise spans brand development, digital transformation, international expansion, and strategic acquisitions, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence.
