Marta is the founder of TERRA Innovation Studio, a San Francisco–based beauty innovation agency. She and her team help beauty brands cut through the noise by identifying early signals—before they hit the mainstream—and translating them into product-driven insights across skincare and makeup. Through TERRA, Marta also connects beauty startups in AI, robotics, and tech-enabled devices with global brands. With over a decade of experience, Marta has worked with beauty houses at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics and Estée Lauder Companies, advising brands such as Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Louis Vuitton Beauty, Clinique, and La Mer. She has also co-founded Luminara, a luxury wellness startup leveraging Generative AI to explore energy healing and mental wellbeing now being used in hospitals. Following her mentorship with Marty Cagan and the Silicon Valley Product Group, where she was trained in product leadership and technology strategy.
