- As Executive Director of Packaging at Supergoop!, Meaghan brings with her 20 years of experience in the beauty industry with a background in package engineering. A packaging enthusiast since childhood, she has built her career on a lifelong fascination with how products look, feel, and function — helping brands map innovation, navigate emerging trends, and translate consumer desires into packaging that delights while cultivating strong relationships with colleagues and partners, and driving end-to-end development from concept through commercialization. Her career includes leadership roles at Batallure Beauty, Shiseido Americas, Maesa Group, and Avon. She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business and a B.S. in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University's School of Packaging.
